House with sea view, completely renovated in 2022, on a plot of 600m2, in a quiet dead end street, close to the coastal path on foot (100m), as well as 2 beaches (650m, i.e. 8 minutes -or 4 minutes by car- and 1.3km, or 16 minutes - or 4 minutes by car) and the quays and shops (800m) of Camaret.
Departing from the quays of Camaret, you will have access by boat to the islands of Molène, Ouessant and Sein for a very exotic day of discovery.
For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 and the coastal paths will be an opportunity to discover numerous viewpoints on one side of the harbor of Brest (point of Roscanvel, then towards the west the Fort du Toulinguet and finally towards the south the tip of Pen Hir “les Tas de Pois” and the bay of Douarnenez.
The peninsula is also culturally rich and offers many festive moments during the summer, notably its Bout du Monde Festival.
A little less than an hour by car, you will discover the splendid village of Locronan, the Port-Musée de Douarnenez and you will have access to the towns of Brest and Quimper, as well as the Monts d'Arrée, and a little further to Pointe du Raz (1h30).
